SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Orders of 3 or more pieces qualify for free U.S. shipping and 10% off.
- Orders of 6 or more pieces qualify for free U.S. shipping and 20% off.
- All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
- Duties and taxes can be prepaid at checkout where applicable.
- After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- For U.S. domestic orders, we offer free returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and liners attached.
- Unopened packages may be returned to the original payment method with a $6 return shipping fee.
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may choose a replacement or receive a refund without returning the product.
HYGIENE & PRODUCT SAFETY
- For hygiene reasons, all SHEVI underwear is individually sealed before shipping.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or had the hygienic liner removed.
- This policy helps ensure every customer receives a clean, safe, and untouched product.
